Nice to meet you all!

I am a 20 year old female currently on a search for a room that is a perfect fit for me. I am currently situated at another room for rent but I prefer to be closer to shops and chemist as I do not have a car. I also just prefer to live with people who are happy to clean up after themselves!

I prefer to live with people who clean up after themselves and have a happy vibe. The cleaner the house the cleaner the mind 😊
I also would prefer to be allowed to have family and/ or appropriate friends to visit at times if possible.

My budget for a room for rent is up to $300 (or possibly abit more for the right fit) per week including bills.

The location will have to be Coolum Beach / Peregian Springs and possibly Peregian Beach, I only say this as i’m working in coolum industrial area and i don’t have a car so I won’t be able to get to work if i am further away because it’s too expensive for myself to afford other transport 🙂

I also have my own bed and furniture but would be happy to down size for the perfect fit.
