!!URGENT!! looking for a room or ensuite for rent in Coolum Beach or Peregian Springs😊🩵

Hi all and nice to meet you! , I am currently searching for a room or ensuite that’s the perfect fit for me and asap as lease will end in may and I am not living in a safe environment so would like to move out asap🫶🏻

My budget 💰:
My budget is currently $300- $380 per week including bills.

What i’m looking for 😊:
A room for rent or more preferred an ensuite located in coolum beach or peregian springs. Or even if possible a studio or granny flat.

Also most preferred to live close to shops and chemist/ doctors.I only say this as 1 - I pick up medication weekly and do food shopping anytime that i can and 2-I work in coolum industrial area and i don’t have a car so I won’t be able to get to work if i am further away because it’s too expensive for myself to afford other transport from a far location.

I would also like to be able to have family and/or appropriate friends to visit at times if that can be possible.

Abit about me😇:
I am currently located in a room for rent in peregian springs. I am a 21 year old female, part time employed that loves the beach, music, binge watching tv shows, shopping and travelling sometimes if i can afford it 🤣 and most definitely being close to family and friends. I am very clean, quiet and respectful.

I love to live calmly and enjoy a good conversation and a good laugh at anytime😊. I do not like mess at all even so i actually hate it and the cleaner the house the cleaner the mind. I most definitely prefer to live with people who clean up after themselves.
