Hi! I’m Yena and I’m looking for a room in a clean and respectful share house in Adelaide.

I’ll be studying Master of IT, so my routine is pretty steady—study, gym/running, and quiet nights during the week. I’m tidy, considerate with noise, and I always clean up after myself. I’m friendly and easy-going, but I also value personal space.

I’m looking for a minimum 6-month stay (happy to stay longer if it’s a good fit).
Move-in date: After 3rd Feb 2026(also I can have an inspection after 2nd Feb)
Budget: $300–$350/week (bills included preferred)
Preference: furnished, good access to public transport, central city, women-only, own bedroom & own bathroom
About me: non-smoker, no parties, reliable with rent and bills.
