I'm Jim and I'm a 62yo ex-surveyor now on a disability pension. I've been sharing for a long time so I'm well versed in sharehouse etiquette.
I have a motorbike I'd like to keep in a secure place.
I've also got a 23kg black standard poodle (Conrad) who's friendly, likes other dogs, doesn't shed and is housetrained.
As for house-gear I have my room, a smallish fridge, a washing machine, a lawn mower & whipper-snipper and an outside table & chairs but no lounge/dining furniture
I'm a quiet guy, I have the odd beer but don't get drunk. I don't use recreational drugs. I tend to spend a lot of time on my computer and if I listen to music I'm happy to use headphones. I'm looking for a long term stay and I like to think I get along with everyone.
