Hello, guys. My name is Jean Nguyen, a 26-year-old Vietnamese student. I'm studying for a master's in Construction Management at Deakin University Waterfront Campus. I'm staying at Deakin Waterfront T&G House and want to find a new place near the Geelong CBD in March 2026. Ideally, I want a room in the Geelong CBD or surrounding areas, as long as it is near the stations (Lara, North Geelong, Geelong, South Geelong, Waurn Ponds). My budget is $250/week, including bills, and I can move in on March 10th, when I come back from holidays in Vietnam. I'm an easygoing, tidy, thoughtful person and quite an introvert. I love football and cooking, I don't smoke, and I don't have any pets in Australia, but I'm comfortable if my future roommates have one since I have a cute four-year-old Corgi back in Vietnam.
