Hello, guys. My name is Jean Nguyen, a 26-year-old Vietnamese student. I'm studying for a master's in Construction Management at Deakin University Waterfront Campus. I'm staying at Deakin Waterfront T&G House and want to find a new place near the Geelong CBD at the end of this month. Ideally, I want a room in the Geelong CBD or nearby, ideally near the stations (Lara, North Geelong, Geelong, South Geelong). My budget is $250/week, including bills. I'm an easygoing, tidy, thoughtful person and quite an introvert. I love football and cooking.
