Elizabeth and Peter

Heya!
Been living in fnq since August last year, been doing house and pet sitting full time (FB: peace of mind pet and property sitting) but I’m ready to have my own base and stop moving around all the time as I begin studying music on 8th July with my friend Peter who is flying up from tassie on 7th July.
Looking for a long term space for us, minimum 6months for us to live.

Either a furnished apartment/studio, two rooms in a creatives sharehouse or a house.

We are very clean, considerate, down to earth and love gardening and the outdoors. We are mature minded and not drinkers or party people. We don’t smoke tobacco either.

Our spare time will involve making music, busking, open mics and gigs etc but we will be at school full time and really wanting somewhere to crash, cook yummy healthy food and practice music. We won’t be playing at crazy hours and not all the time but a space that understand creative people and appreciate music is a must. If you have a veggie garden you have two keen gardener and helpers who value healthy eating and good produce.

Preference on a vego house if sharing but I can coexist with meat eaters if necessary. It’s a preference not a deal breaker.

Budget together is $500 pw. We have bond, rent and references ready to go.
