First of all if i send you a message about either looking to rent or finding a flatmate or going for a team up to look for a property instead of ignoring me and not messaging back just reply not interested as just ignoring is straight up rude and disrespectful i would reply if i was messaged if i was online as i dont get messages on my phone i use this site off my computer so im not always online

I'm a 51 year old single male I'm on disability pension, i smoke but very rarely drink, i keep to myself, i am easy going down to earth can be sarcastic and i have a somewhat warped sense of humor, i don't have much to move in with, i have children that don't live with me, no pets, I'm a clean hygienic person prefer own bathroom but not required, i can also share in cooking and cleaning bills split 50/50, i can also get internet in my name i would also prefer share with a female from around 35 to 60, i also build computers and at times run gaming servers, i also spend most times either on pc or Xbox or watching tv series, I've been called a hermit but I'm not, i like having my own space keeping to myself but i do also like interaction as well, i am looking to move in around Wodonga, i would prefer to live in Victoria also parking is not an issue can park on street, i am also a meat eater, i don't party and i don't do drugs, i will only live or share a drug free home, and as for rent as im paid fortnightly i will be able to pay my share of the rent fortnightly also if you want to meet up to look at rentals on inspections let me know message me
