Hello all! 👋🏽

I'm looking for a self-contained space (granny flat, studio, or a separate space in the house), or a backyard spot to park a tiny home on wheels which I will organise myself -- if this is the case, I'd sort out council permissions and pay for fees for fees etc myself.

A bit about me: I'm Sheila (41), working full-time Monday–Friday as an interior designer. I'm on the quieter side, I love reading, puzzles, and catching up with friends over brunch or dinner every now and then. I take pride in being tidy and clean, and always pay rent and bills on time. Not a party person, no pets, and don't smoke.

On my downtime, I'm a bit of a movie buff and love binging a good series. When my eyes need a break from screens, I switch to puzzling, journaling, or other "grandma" hobbies like basket weaving, hehe. I also love plants! 🌿

I am also dependable, can take care of your pets or plants when you're away.

Happy to provide police clearance, reference, proof of income, etc if needed.
