About me
Hey I'm Joey from the Netherlands. I've been traveling and working in Australia since September 2023. I've seen most of what I wanted to see and have settled down in Byron for the summer
I'm a software engineer by trade, although I've been working as a machinery operator on several farms over the last year. Here in Byron, I now work at the Golden Breed surf shop and also as a kayak tour guide. My hobbies are surfing, reading, working on software projects, spearfishing and (surf) photography.
I'm an easygoing guy that is past his party phase. I just like to chill out and pursue my hobbies. I'm always keen for a chat and like to be around people. I respect others’ space and like to keep common areas tidy.
