I am a 38 year old local looking for a share room. Starting part time work soon in the city so looking for somewhere around that area or a short bus ride away. I am pretty much a laid back person and I mostly keep to myself but am up for a friendly chat. I like a nice, safe, clean and peaceful environment to live in and if you can offer this I can offer a curtious, honest, reliable, down to earth and genuine flatmate who will be really easy to get along with. I rarely drink, don't smoke ciggies, don't party, will tidy up after myself and chip on on the cleaning, pay my rent on time and respect your privacy and belongings. I require a room that has a bed and would prefer my own bathroom but am flexible. I am also open to Edge Hill if the right place comes up. I enjoy going to the beach, gardening, creating things, watching a good movie or series, finding new music, having a laugh and learning new things. I
