Hey, I’m a 27-year-old guy rmoving to Toowoomba from the Gold Coast for a government role. I’m pretty focused on work and building a good routine, so I’m looking for a calm, tidy place to call home.

I’ll be at the gym daily as I like to stay active, and get outdoors when I can. During the week I’m fairly structured, but I’m still social and easy to get along with — always happy for a chat or a weekend drink, just not looking for a party house.

I’m clean, respectful of shared spaces, and low-maintenance to live with. Also, I’m not a smoker, so I’d prefer a non-smoking household.

Ideally looking to live with someone easygoing, respectful, and with their own thing going on.
