Hi, my name's Erin! I'm 21 and quite independent. I work full-time in radiology Monday to Friday and have a small car.

I'm looking for a room to rent on the Gold Coast. I've lived out of home since I was 16, so I'm very familiar with respecting a shared space, keeping things clean and always cleaning up after myself.

I'd describe myself as calm, friendly, independent and health-conscious. I enjoy having a chat and getting to know my housemates, but I also really value everyone's space and privacy. I'm always happy to have a drink or two and socialise every now and then.

On weekends, I'm usually at the beach, trying out new hobbies, going to the gym or just getting out and about. I'm looking for a nice, respectful household where everyone gets along and feels comfortable.
