G’day,

Active, easygoing and positive Aussie guy into swimming, walking, cycling and gardening (no drugs or alcohol).

Looking to share with 1or 2 housemates and I’m comfortable with animals (even large dogs). Plus I’m “house trained” myself, so I prefer to keep the house and yard fairly clean n tidy. Ready to move asap.

Looking for a large room (with built-in), in. Share house with 2+ bathrooms, air conditioning, multiple living spaces and off street parking. Ideally a big bright unfurnished room with space for a desk or a sunroom/spare room that I can use as a study. Also some storage space would be great if possible and I’ve got some outdoor pot plants that I can bring with me, if there’s space.

I generally do project based contract work in construction and maintenance. I’ve done a lot of WA resources based FIFO work over the years but now I’m doing a mix of FIFO and local work.

FYI - I can provide multiple rental references, a tenant ledger, various ID, National Police Report and UNI/TAFE qualifications for your peace of mind. I’ve said 6 months but we can start with a shorter trial period and see how things go.
