Hi All, I’m a healthy and active Aussie guy into swimming, walking and cycling (no drugs or alcohol). I’m looking to share in a house with a large bright unfurnished room with built in robe (in a non smoking or vaping house) with 2+ bathrooms, air conditioning, multiple indoor/outdoor living spaces and off street parking. Ideally a large room with space for a desk or a spare room that I could use as a study.

Happy to share house with 1 or 2 other (40+ yo) people and I’m comfortable with larger dogs. Plus I’m “house trained” myself, so I prefer to live in and keep a reasonably clean n tidy house, and I’m open to contributing to a regular house cleaning service.

I’m a decent handyman and gardener, and have a few pot plants and a reasonable toolkit. So a separate and secure storage space would be great (ideally a single or double garage/shed).

My stuff is currently all in storage, as my previous rental property was sold, so I’m ready to move. I generally do project based contract work in construction and logistics, as a Rigger and/or Safety Officer. I’ve done a lot of resources based FIFO work over the years but now I’m working locally and hoping find a share place for potentially the longer term.

FYI - I can provide multiple rental references, a recent R/E tenant ledger, various ID and tertiary management qualifications for your security and peace of mind.
