Hi, I’m Annaliese and am from Mt Maunganui in New Zealand. I am looking for my next place in Sunshine Coast, ideally walking distance to beach, I am open anywhere from Mooloolaba to Peregian beach and then Noosa.

I really value a healthy lifestyle and having a good balance day to day. I love having friendships with my flatmates and enjoy spending time together but also really value my own downtime. I like to keep my place very clean and tidy. I am also christian so I do value a kind home environment.

I’ve recently started my own small online business so will be working on that but will also be looking at other jobs at the moment.

I am open to stay length but I do prefer to have a furnished room and super clean house.

I’m slightly allergic to cats and dogs, so ideally looking for a pet-free home.
