I am looking for an unfurnished, preferably self contained space to rent and keep my cat to. A long-term situation I would like to secure
A studio space, bungalow, granny flat or the like for long-term rent within the Latrobe Valley Region.
I am a self employed contract cleaner who loves to cook and keep the place tidy.
I am a qualified Horticulturalist so i love gardening and growing my own food and love indoor plants to.
I am great with animals and have a pleasant disposition and generally keep to myself.
I am quite handy with home improvements and interior design.. I hold a fine arts diploma as well as for diploma in Laboratory technology.

I currently live in a bungalow type room and have set up a kitchenette in the carport that's used as a shed which opens to the decked area that adjoins the entry my room.

Tidying up and maintaining the garden is an added bonus for retired lady who lives in the main house, and my cat that who enjoys a good backyard with trees.

The landlady has decided (now that the garden has been well cleaned up could be an coincidence) to get a dog and feels that it won't work with my cat here (now that he's only just settled in and being his happy normal self)..

This 'long-term' arrangement is now not that.
Hence why I now need to find alternative living arrangements.

My cat BoyiBoyi is very well behaved but will need a cat door or window access which i can set up if need be.
