Hey, I’m Rob! I’ve been a part of the Sunshine Coast community for over 20 years and I’m currently working full-time as a rope access technician, both here and in Brisbane. After too long a stretch of commuting between Brisbane, Perth, and the Sunny Coast during the Covid chaos, I’m now looking to settle back on the Coast.

**What I’m Looking For:**
- A cozy rental on the Sunshine Coast, ideally for at least 12 months (but I’m open to longer if it’s a good fit!).
- I’m more than willing to pay a bit extra for the right place and I’m always on time with payments.

**A Bit About Me:**
- I’m an abseiler and painter by trade, but im the cleanest and most organised painter youll ever meet.
- I don’t have any kids or pets, but I’m happy to be around any cat or dog you might have. Kids? Meh, I'd rather not.
- I’m pretty active and looking to up my fitness. I ride, do Mount Coolum most weekends, trying to get into the gym everyday again.
- I don’t smoke or do drugs, and I only drink socially—maybe a friday drink after work.
- My social life is pretty intertwined with my work life, and I’m positive and motivated. I love my job and I work weekends around the coast for cash and can fix almost anything.

**Why I Want to Return:**
- I love the Coast life and all that it offers. I have everything I need in life and just want to enjoy it here.
