My name is Lillian, I am 20 years old and am searching for a room to rent in Joondalup.

What I would ideally be looking for somewhere that is:

- Fully furnished 🛏️
- Easily accessible to public transport options 🚍
- Close to shops and public amenities 🏬
- Available for a long term lease 🏠
- Open to single occupancy and possibility for dual occupancy 👫

A bit about me:

- I am a very easy going and friendly person. I tend to keep to myself a lot, however am always up for a chat and do like to socialise sometimes and can get along with anyone. I do not smoke, I do drink on occasion (rarely at home) so not looking for a party house. I like a peaceful living environment, I’m always respectful of others and I like to keep my space clean and tidy.
- I am starting a Diploma of Nursing at TAFE this month and currently searching for work as well.
- My hobbies include baking, reading, artsy & crafty things, and going for walks, and I am always looking out for fun activities to do around Perth and new things/places to check out.

My budget is up to $370 p/w (including bills) for the right place.

I will be back in Perth and ready to move in from the 19th of July.
