My name is Estefania (31), originally from Argentina 🇦🇷, and I’ve been living in Cairns for the past two years.
I’m currently looking for a long-term private room starting February 28th (flexible by a few days if needed, but ideally around this date).
✨ What I’m looking for: • Private room (or studio)
• Bright space — balcony or ensuite would be a plus
• Clean, calm home with good energy and open spaces 🌿
• Maximum 3 flatmates
• Preferably Parramatta area or close to the Esplanade
💰 Budget: up to $350/week - bills included
