Hi there!

A little about me: I’m a confident, friendly, and easygoing person who values a clean, peaceful, and respectful home environment. I’m very mindful of shared spaces, love having good conversations, and always bring a positive attitude to the place I live in. I don’t party, and I enjoy my quiet time, but I’m always up for sharing a meal or a laugh with housemates.

I’m moving to Sydney on October 16th. I’m looking for a private room in a share house with as few housemates as possible, and it’s important for me to have access to a balcony or garden. My budget is up to $400 per week, bills included for a private studio / room in a building with pool and gym.
I’m tidy, responsible, and work in Events, so I have a flexible schedule, but mostly long shifts and I don't finish late. I’m hoping to find a comfortable and quiet place to live while I settle in Sydney with my goal to study (beauty and hairdressing).

Could you please let me know if the room is available from my move-in date and provide some details about the housemates, bills, and amenities?
