I’m looking for a place to rent for around $300 per week, with a move-in date around mid to late September (I’m flexible with dates).

I’m open to a house share, studio, granny flat, or similar between Noosa and Maroochydore, with Noosa preferred as that’s where my main job is based.

A little about me:

* I work two jobs as a Clinical Dental Assistant and in retail, so I have a stable income.
* I’m very clean, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces.
* Most of my time is spent at work, the gym, trivia nights, or relaxing at home with my cat.
* I love cooking and baking, so there are often homemade leftovers to share!

I’d also love to bring my cat, Jasper. He’s a shy, friendly, and very independent indoor cat. He’s well-behaved, doesn’t scratch furniture, and is happy either staying in my room or wandering around the house if everyone is comfortable with that.
