Hi, my name is Julia. I am a single mum to 11 yo son. We are looking for a separate small house/unit/granny flat /second storey apartment or anything suitable for us for a long term rental. We have been living in Adelaide since 2021 and looking for a place in advance for the next school year (2027) as my son is finishing his primary school and starting his high school which is going to be Glenunga High School. So we are interested in the suburbs which are close by. We are interested in a place where we can safely come and stay for a long time.

We are permanent residents. We are tidy, respectful and friendly. Kid is well-behaved. Happy to share meals and hang out in kitchen and chatting.
