I'm looking for a new self contained cottage partment/studio/cabin or a share opportunity with one older nice lady with similar interests on the Sunshine Coast Hinterland eg Yandina , Cooroy, Beerwah, Glasshouse Mountiains region .Needs to be within I.5 ks walking distance to public transport . I am a retired creative arts teacher now working as a freelance writer illustrator and pet sitter I require either something self contained like a cottage or studio rent up to $400 a week

I am also able to house sit /pet sit caretake a property. Look after pets chickens plants and gardens in exchange for reduced rent very experienced sitter with excellent references
