Hello I’m Jessica, a working professional newly to Brisbane. I’m a quiet, tidy and easy to get alone with person. I respect and gives the privacy for people who live with me, I also have a part time job and have an experience to live with others. My habit is to listen to music and play some instruments (e.g piano, cello and guitar), go out for outdoor activities and enjoy the nature, I may spend most of time in my room as sometime I would need some me-time, but happy to socialise with housemates.
I’m looking for the rent place is furnished, cleaned and closed to public transport, cuz I don’t have too much packages. I prefer No smoker, no party and all female house. If the rent can included all bills would be perfect but happy to negotiate and share the bills with housemates.
