I’m 46, originally from New Caledonia, and currently living on the Gold Coast.
I’m moving to Townsville from 22 September to study an Advanced Diploma in Management, while continuing to work as an educator.

I’m looking for a furnished room or granny flat, ideally long-term, with a budget of $320–$340/week including bills.

I’m clean, tidy, respectful, reliable and easy-going. I’m friendly and enjoy a good chat, but I also value a peaceful and respectful home.

I’d ideally like to be close to shops, or the city centre, but I’m flexible with location.
