I am a single working father. I’ve lived in the rental property I’m at for the past 5yrs. Never missed rent, never damaged the house, kept everything in good condition, never had complaints and all of a sudden the owner wants me and my 2 sons aged 12 and 2 out without any explanation. I’ve been trying countless times to get another rental and keep getting turned back. Me and my sons are desperate. Is there anyone here that can guarantee a 2/3 bedroom rental for us please. Money is certainly not an issue for me as I am very financially sound for the long term. Am willing to go to $600 p/w for the right property. As a tenant you will never have any problems with me and I always make sure all bills and rent and the essentials are priority one before anything else.
