I'm a quiet, clean, respectful 46-year-old professional male who enjoys reading, writing and sports. I have a full-time job but only work out the Redfern office once per week. I am looking for a quiet, clean, tidy space in which I can work, sleep, shower and eat. I like my privacy but am also a friendly guy who enjoys a chat now and then. I don't drink, smoke or own pets, and my kids are currently living abroad with my wife (we're still married but I'm just working remotely). Would love AC in the living/sleeping area.
