Hi, A young 42 father of a 4 year old son (with me most weekends) keeps busy spending time with my son, racing my bicycle and spending time with my family. Reserved and quiet is how I describe myself without being socially inept and can hold a conversation with all ages. An insightful documentary or music in my headphones is what keeps me happy indoors. Full time employed being a leading hand with the same employer for 17 years and yes I cook and clean as being independent is something I take pride in. Love to find a little place to call home. Thanks for reading my blurb. Daniel
I am an easy-going French Canadian, traveling accross Australia with a working/holiday visa. I am passionated about rock climbing, and this is the reason why I'd love to find a room to stay in the Blue Mountains area. I also enjoy hiking, trekking, painting and doing yoga. I'd be happy to share a house with other funky outdoors lovers! My ideal would be a place nearby a train station or a bus stop. I intend to find a part time job for the lenght of my stay, hence I'll rely on public transport mostly. P.S. I am a barista and I can do the best coffee you've ever tasted!
Hi, my name is Gina. I’m a 45 yo female, non-smoker. I’m a friendly person and actually love talking to people, but I lead a quiet home life which I enjoy. I don’t watch TV but I watch movies of all kinds, especially classic films, fantasy, adventure and action, romance and kids movies. I’m currently doing homestays all over Sydney NSW but at times I need somewhere to stay for short periods between housesits, such as a few days or one/two weeks, and at short notice. If this arrangement would work for you, perhaps until you find a long-term tenant, then please contact me. I work online on my laptop and I do a lot of knitting, making products for sale online and for markets. During my stay, I would be home most of the time and I do appreciate my own space. Some interaction is nice too as long as there is a peaceful surrounding most of the time. I don’t take drugs. I don’t listen to loud music or have people over. I prefer a home with a mature (40+ yo) female or an elderly couple. I am very responsible with payments and I would pay upfront for my time at your home. I would also keep my room and area clean and tidy and wash towels and linen when I leave. I would help make sure the common areas are very clean and tidy also. I would arrange my own groceries but sharing use of the kitchen and washing machine would really be appreciated. I would always make sure to clean up after myself. **Please note: my weekly budget is inclusive of utility bills given that I am only staying for short periods of time. If my stay is longer, for example more than two weeks, then I am happy to negotiate some extra for bills. For the right place and person, I am also able to arrange my own internet. If you’re looking for a kind, mature and responsible person staying with you, please contact me.
Hi, my name is Shazzy - my partner and I are looking for a sharehouse or looking to team up with people to live with in a sweet sweet home. We currently live in Brisbane and will be making the move to the Blue Mountains in June. Just sussing it out and getting the feels for places and hoping someone out there likes to be super organised and searches for things (months) in advance. We both work full time hours and will be prepared to take on the challenges of moving into a different state. I will be studying in August and working part time and Louize, my partner, will be working full time as an RN. We're looking for somewhere cute and cozy with super chill housemates who have a somewhat similar lifestyle. We like a tidy and respectful house but also enjoy hanging out with our housemates, catching up on the days. When we're not working, we spend our days camping, climbing and adventuring. And living in the Blue Mountains means we will more than likely be outdoors rather than indoors. So basically we need to find our feet and would love to share a house with people we can all be comfortable around until we find our grounds and branch off. Shoot me a message if this sounds inviting and we can tee something up. Our move date is still flexible at this stage but we are definitely making the move. You can trust and rely on us as great people and great housemates.
Hello, I am very easy-going clean and tidy with a minimalist style healthy eating (prefer vegetarian). I like intelligent conversation but also happy in my own space. I have 2 older shorthair ex-working female very obedient & relaxed Border Collie dogs who must come with me. I’m a community registered nurse & have family in both Bowral & the upper blue mountains. If you have a little cottage or room off the main part of your house that would be great. I have a large house in Brisbane that I will sell & look for a smaller property to buy down the track once I’m settled back in NSW. I look forward to hearing from you. Mary :)
I can actually clean up after myself, usually keep to myself and while I might make a lot of noise (blues guitar) I'm respectful about when someone wants me to shut up
Mature, responsible, non-smoker. Busy with work, family, a partner and friends. Building a creative career. I am social, but I prefer home is a sanctuary. That being said, I do enjoy hosting the occasional dinner parties/bbq's for family and close friends. I am clean and tidy, enjoy my privacy, though am friendly, and like positive and healthy minded people. Detest being around drunks and ppl on drugs. So, prefer like minded people.
I'm a very clean and responsible 40+ years old. I'm a lecturer in a university in Sydney but I'm looking to live in a calm place up the mountains. I'm vegetarian, ecologically conscious, an I try to keep myself healthy and fit. I'm quite flexible and easy going but I do appreciate respect for my space and privacy. I do live a very busy life so I'll not be around all the time, but I do enjoy the odd catch up and conversation.
just arrived back in Australia after a long stay in Europe and looking to get settled again. Easy going with a lovely and smart bilingual (dutch/english) 4 year old Daughter. Likes Punk, tattoos and Billie Eilish.
What can I say? I'm about to start a whole new life of travel to this beautiful country, so much I've heard. Coming from Argentina, looking for a place where I can hear experiences from other people and reinforce my language. Industrial Designer, musician (or at least I try), bike lover and other things I am sure I will find out on the road. Last but not least, I always try to respect order and cleaning when I live with someone else. That doesn't mean I am an obsessive person, but I try to be thankful when I have got the chance.
Hi, my names Livia but people call me Liv :) I am 28 years old and enjoy the outdoors, being with friends/family, playing pool, reading and listening to music or watching a good movie/tv show. I am quite reliable when comes to paying rent and bills and also a neat and tidy individual :) just ask my friends and fam haha. I would prefer to live with one other female if possible. I do not mind to socialise but can respect ones privacy and keep to myself also. I don't do any drugs other then the occasional alcoholic beverage, but who doesn't like a glass of wine or a beer once in a while? :) I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful, honest and down to earth. I do also have a blue point birman cat who is my pride and joy - he is strictly indoor cat but is well behaved and toilet trained. He is a beautiful awesome fur baby that I'm sure you will love, he gets along with everyone. It would be great if you are an animal lover like myself :) If you have any other enquiries or think you have a place for me - please don't hesitate to contact me :) thank you.
I'm a full time student looking for my next place to stay. I'm quiet yet friendly and look forward to finding the perfect place.
I'm a happy bubbly kinda person, I do keep to myself most of the time but I don't mind hanging out with my roommates and getting to know them. I clean up after myself and currently looking for full time work.
Moving from Melbourne (originally from Tassie) for my partner who lives in the foothills of the blue mountains. My FT work is in management of an environmental program for vegetable producers, out of an office in North Sydney. Experienced sharehouser & renter, emotionally intelligent, happy when reading, running, eating, sleeping, laughing, socilaising, telling shitty jokes, out and about, on an unplanned adventure and just hanging out. Looking for an interesting, easy and relaxed place to call home. 😊
I am 20 with autism. I will be supported by my parents and carers. I would like to live with my cat, who is an indoor therapy pet. I am fun and enthusiastic but need peace and quiet too. My room would be my safe space. I won't be loud or disruptive. I like to read, watch TV, and take walks.
I'm an easy going 29 year old starting my second masters degree. I'm also a graduate architect and design tutor, but mostly run a small online business part time. I'll be on studying campus & work placements next year 9-5 for 3+ days a week. Happy to chill out on evenings and weekends but I like to get out to markets & the beach on weekends. I have a long term girlfriend who lives on the other side of Sydney. My main interests are surfing and retro gaming but i'm sort of a jack of all trades. I'm pretty easy going. I'm super respectful of communal and other people's space. I keep pretty regular hours and I'm happy to socialise and hang out but i can also keep quietly to myself. I have all my own bedroom furniture sorted, and living room & kitchen items I could bring are a stainless fridge, washing machine, large flat screen tv and some classic video game consoles. I'm pretty flexible can bring all or none of it with me.
Hi, I'm 18, I love animals. I'm a first-year student currently studying to be a primary teacher at Central Queensland University at their Darling Harbour campus. I will start on the 11th of March and I will be there Monday-Thursday. I am currently working part-time at a Chinese restaurant. I work 3 days a week. I'm looking for some fun people to welcome me into a caring environment. I have 2 months to move out of the family home. I'm a pretty simple person and I'm easy to get along with. I'm looking for an affordable room.
Hey there. Currently relocating from Newcastle to the lower blue mountains/western Sydney for a full time work opportunity. I’m a landscape gardener of 15 years. Previously lived in Sydney for approx 10 years. I’m into the outdoors, very keen mountain biker and bush walker. I’m always on the go but do like to have a drink and chill out. I have a 14 month old Whippet named Bandit. He has lots of personality and is well trained. He’s outside all day while I work and sometimes comes to work with me. He sleeps inside of a night but isn’t allowed on furniture. Whippets love their walk/run of an afternoon and apart from that that sleep sooo much. A lot like cats. If you have any questions about us please do not hesitate to contact me.
