I am looking for a private and quiet room/studio in the upper mountains, although mid-mountains also works, where I can do my meditations. I am very tidy by nature, considerate of others' needs. I enjoy a good chat now and then, but am happy in my own company. I work in Katoomba 2 days a week, and I also do Spiritual readings for people on occasion, usually by phone. I have been renting in Katoomba for the last year, previously house sitting mostly in Wentworth Falls for 8 years, keeping beautiful homes pristine and lovingly cared for. I have been given notice as my landlady wants to renovate my little studio for her daughter, needing to be out before 1st Dec. I am vegetarian, I don't smoke or drink. I have my own furniture apart from a wardrobe. I prefer somewhere not too far from transport, as I don't have a car. I put 6 months but it can be longer if all suits :) I am also willing to do a team-up. I look forward to hearing from you, Blessings and Regards, Takeli .

My partner and I are easy going, down to earth people who just want to have fun and enjoy life. We've been living in Springwood and can no longer afford rent and are looking for some easing going room mates.

Hi there, I'm an outgoing and considerate queer female, nearly 30 year old. I'm looking to create or join a loving, nurturing home environment, with the preference to be able to work from home as well. I'm a qualified Creative Arts Therapist, and offer holistic bodywork as well as run immersive workshops/retreats and online courses in the realms of embodiment, emotional intelligence, trauma recovery.. especially on the themes of shame, sexuality and taboo. I'm a singer, musician and performing artist as well. I have a one-woman show that I've performed recently at Sydney Fringe Festival, as well as in Melbourne. I'm seeking mature humans (this isn't necessarily age-based), who are self-responsible, communicative, loving, compassionate and desire to live in connection with each other and the planet. Let's create home together!
I like to do my share to keep my living place tidy and clean. I enjoy being part of a group but I enjoy my own time also. I'm fit and active, spending some of my day out and about. I'm interested in politics, art, reading and being in the nature.
I work as a full time photographer in the Sydney, Penrith and Blue Mountains areas. I am 55 and able to contribute to cleaning and gardening. Happy to share a house or flat and able to offer a reference.
Hello :) :) :) *****PLEASE NOTE I am currently in the UK (RETURNING EARLY DECEMBER) This means ... * I cannot view ANY places before Dec 1st * I am willing to WHATSAPP /Skype to get a sense of whether we should proceed, (but NOT TO MAKE MY DECISION/ pay upfront deposits/ ) I am great to live with as I have lived all over the globe, literally, since I was a kid! I was a Diplomat Brat and have been to school in places such as Singapore..Indonesia & NZ.. The list goes onnnnn and onnnnnn. As an adult, I caught the travel bug and am an online coach and travel the world with my son, aged 3. He's a pretty chill dude, and very respectful of furnishings and space, as he has been to 11+ countries since 6 weeks of age, and more airbnbs than we can count! :) I am currently in Glasgow, UK. Returning to Sydney and wish to stay LONG TERM , ideally 6-12 months in a house, (hopefully longer if we get the right dynamic). I work from a co-working space (The Hub) during the week, and my son attends a preschool 4 days, with a view to 5 in January 2019. We are out and about A LOT (coworking space events...parks..playgrounds...all the free events Sydney has to offer etcetcetc). I have to say that I can afford our own place, and I did this pre moving to the UK, but honestly, after living with people again, I can see my son and I thrive on it and it gets pretty isolating as a solo parent! If you tell me you are a quiet household or that you're out working a lot, I actually think this is a HUGE MINUS. I want to live with people who are friendly, and well, we are loud ourselves -I play music , as does my son (expect to hear Fat Freddy's drop at 7.30am while we get ready for school...). I'm a pretty chill person. In saying that, I like to tidy up, clean, and cook a lot! (Don't worry, I don't care if you do or not, I just like to ;-). ) *SUPER OPEN MINDED *RESPECTFUL *RELAXED *LOVE COOKING *FINANCIALLY STABLE *SOCIAL *SUSTAINABLE *DIRECT & AMAZING COMMUNICATOR (no passive-aggressive post-it notes or txts, ugh) *LGBT friendly *Great music collection, particularly DRUM AND BASS! I get that living with a 3 year old (***HE'S THREE, THE THING WOULDNT LET ME ADD HIM UNLESS HE WAS 16 YRS OR OLDER-HAHAHA) is not everyone's idea of an ideal housemate, and yet I encourage you to meet us, and then judge for yourselves! I come with good references and referees, as does my little dude, just ask :). *I also have a fair bit of furniture (dining table/butcher's bench/couch, artwork) which is in storage in Sydney at the moment, from our last home. I would love an UNFURNISHED PLACE. I guess I'll tell you about my favourite living arrangements that seemed to work best for us: BERLIN WAREHOUSE *We had a massive room and ensuite *The house was full of DJs and artists (perfect for my son to enjoy company and they were always making noise themselves, so didn't mind much what he was up to) *we got to be social and have company, but also enough space to retreat when we wanted GLASGOW HOUSE *This was a small space with one other gay woman and her cat. She worked a lot at a bar. When she was home, we were social and shared a vino or three while my son played. Will miss this place!! My son loves all animals and loves giving the dog a walk if you have one ! Spaces that DIDNT work: * People who are allergic to kids (they exist) *Toxic people who are low vibe and negative *If you communicate passive-aggresively via sms or post it notes and have no communication skills *Uptight/super anal people *If you are a light-sleeper (sometimes he wakes up at 5am, that's kids for you) ---Haaaa! That's what earplugs and wine are for riiiight? *If you work all the time and want to come home to peace and quiet *If you just want to sit in your room all day/night Looking forward to hearing from all the high-vibe lovers who'd be keen to setup a great space together or already established a space for us to add to! I'm an 18-year-old Uni student studying nursing down in the city. I'm generally a pretty quiet person, I tend to spend my time reading, studying, watching netflix and playing the occasional game. I'm Blue Mountains born and raised and I'm looking to move slightly further down the mountains or (ideally) in Western Sydney. I work in Aged care including night shifts so I work some weird hours, between that and Uni I won't be around constantly. I'm looking for easygoing people like me, being LGBTQ friendly is a must :)
I work for the Blue Mountains City Council in Katoomba. I am tidy, organised and non-smoker and only social drinker. I believe I am honest with a peaceful and relaxed personality who strives to always do the right thing by me and the ones around me...

Hi, I'm Lauren, and I'm looking to move over to Sydney to live with my partner, who is currently living at home with her parents. I'm a very down to earth person, easy to get along with. Not a big party person, as I'm generally quiet and keep to myself. I'm currently working two jobs in WA, as a barmaid, and Post office clerk/barista. I do a lot of reading and gaming, though I'm not all that competitive. Neither of us drink very often, or very much, but happy to have a few every now and then. I own a very loyal dog, who I would love to bring with me, so a place that is animal friendly is almost a must.
I'm clean and quite person . Working full time . Have somedays off in week . Most of weekends are out . Like healthy conversation. Newspaper and political discussions can discuss on showbiz and blam everything to cyclists 😂😂. Wearing snow chain shows in bunnings these days .
I’m a full time student studying sports business, work part time in a football store and have an internship. When I’m not working I’m playing football - outdoor and indoor. And sometimes just Fifa. I like to keep busy!! I’m a huge sports fan. I follow just about everything, happy to sit down for a game and beer with you....or muffle my excitement/rage while watching it if it’s not your thing. I have 2 children, 11 & almost 5. Neither live with me full time but they do enjoy a sleep over or play date every now and then. I have a pet snake, but don’t worry, he won’t eat you or your pets. He is still a baby and his tank is very secure. Currently in Penrith, but really not fussed on location to be honest.
