I am looking for a room in house with 1 housemate or a studio/ 1 bedroom flat/unit in a quiet location in Launceston area 🌹31/05/2026 to 02-04 July 2026.

I don't like loud parties and too much mess. Outdoors whenever possible.
Nipaluna for the rock climbing 😊 no pets.
On contract job in community services, 4 days a week of WFH from 9-5.
