I am looking for a room in house with 1 housemate or a studio/ 1 bedroom flat/unit in a quiet location in the Hobart/ Cygnet/ Margate area 🌹10-12 April 2026 to 02-04 July 2026.

I don't like loud parties and too much mess. Outdoors whenever possible.
Hobart for the rock climbing 😊 no pets.
On contract job in community services, 4 days a week of WFH from 9-5.

Friendly introvert, responsible, clean, tidy and respectful.

I have Victoria Working with Children Check (employee).
Police check will be provided if needed for exceptional housemates and/or circumstances.
