I am looking for a room or studio in a quiet location in Tasmania between early December 2025 to mid February 2026.

I don't like loud parties and too much mess. Gardening, hiking, rock climbing and being in nature make me happy. Scrabble is extra fun on a lazy Susan :D

Friendly but introverted, responsible, clean, tidy and respectful.

Preference for just 1 housemate. Open to more housemates if conditions are favourable.

I have Victoria Working with Children Check (employee) expiry on 16/02/2026.
