I am looking for a rental in Townsville, looking to go into a lease agreement for a house and trying to find someone who’s keen to team up and go onto the lease or even sublet if it’s allowed. If you’re also a pretty chilled person and want an easy life, I think we’d get a long and would be good to meet to see how we get along before going into a lease together.
