Looking for shorter share or longer term accommodation ( if share works out or I find a house to rent for a year) I’m a clean/ tidy, quiet but social person. As I’ll be a full time teacher (Chinese) I’ll probably be busy during the week. I have one, older cat who is usually friendly / chill but *hates* dogs. ( No dogs please: he has and will attack anything between Bernese Mountain dog to Cairns terrier puppy). Raised with two other cats with whom he was very gentle. Also great with kids. I have lots of books / teaching materials so prefer a larger room or even two rooms. I am a keen gardener, can cook things I like to eat ( Italian,Chinese, veg). Not vegetarian but happy to eat vego. Young at heart. Fairly easy going and tolerant. Happy to pay for cleaning or garden maintenance if required. Seeking place located near Crusoe College / Kangaroo Flat PS asap as school is starting soon! Ideally on bus lines or walking distance but will have access to a car soon.
