NEED A SUITABLE 3-4 BDRM HOUSE Looking to rent a 3-4 bdrm house.

OR I could rent 2 rooms if you have enough space at the right price.

I’m an independent mum (40’s) with my 14yo boy. So it will need to be a suitable arrangement that is beneficial for all.

OR BUDGET $700 - $1000 to rent a 4 bdrm house (half each in all house expenses)

📍Gold Coast, Coomera
I need to stay in the area for my son’s schooling.

I’m down to earth, musical and love adventures in nature chasing waterfalls, hiking and camping. I’m spiritual but not religious. I do not drink, I do not smoke. Very little visitors.

I’m quiet when I’m at home and my son stays in his room gaming if not at school or riding his bike. But we don’t mind coming together for a movie in the lounge room. I’m also a great cook in the kitchen, (when I feel like it lol). I’m a happily single independent mum. I’m a multi-passionate entrepreneur but also work part-time with a steady income.

Happy to share my income details privately if we align to co-lease a rental property. I have a great rental history but finding it hard to be approved for a 4 bedroom without having someone else apply with me. It’s a tough rental market out there atm.

So… I’d also like to hear from you if you have 2 rooms or large self contained granny flat available.

My current situation:
I’ve lived in Coomera Waters for almost 2 years. Great well maintained pool, gym, spa, sauna and tennis court facilities, plus security in the estate.

I’ve had wonderful housemates and some not so wonderful. I’m not in a rush and want to make sure my next housemate is a good fit. Private message me direct so we can discuss our options.
