I have a dog I keep to myself , but can also be social I dont party, but don't discurrage others to I work in the lighting and electrical, I have a pup named obi he is a 7 month old well trained border collie All in all we get along with most people and dont like to cause a fuss Let us know if we fit the bill
What makes me great to live with? Well, apart from being one of the funniest people I know and always keeping a smile on my face, I do like my own quiet time. I keep clean and tidy and abide by rules and boundaries very well. I'm a full time, on-campus student studying a Diploma in Nursing so most days I may not be home from 7am-4:30pm. Being a full-time student I'm currently unemployed but can definitely get rent assist with no issue.
Hi, My name is Alicia, I am 26 and looking for a new home for Yogi (3 yo Maltese x) and myself. I am a Griffith student (Bachelor of Education) and moved up here from Tassie last year. I work at Woolies, I am a Bodypump instructor and I attend CrossFit for fun. I have a rental property in Tassie myself so understand the importance of respecting your house and I like to live in a clean and tidy environment. Ideally I would like a place that has another dog so Yogi can have a friend and a pool would be an absolute bonus. I am after a fun, friendly house where we would hang out at times but also like my personal space. I am not looking at moving until early November but thought I would put my ad up ready for when the time comes. If this time frame suits you and you think Yogi and I would be a good match, please get in contact and we can meet up for a coffee :)
I have a great history of keeping my personal space clean, tidy, and order. I love cats dogs and pretty much any animal, I’m in my last year of school, I’m hilarious, easy to get along with, not judgemental, I’m super chill, I love gaming, and I’ll be the best house mate you ever have
Hello people, I’m looking for a relaxed/clean/positive environment to call my home. I have loads of cool stories to share, I always clean up after myself (and others sometimes, I prefer a clean space) and I’m super super chilled about pretty much everything. My roommates are honestly more important than the place or location to me so if you're positive, driven and openminded then I'd love to combine forces with you. I'm looking to thrive, not survive in my new home. I'm from Zimbabwe but have grown up in Australia, I love broadening my horizons and the horizons of those around me. I love sharing knowledge and wisdom and receiving it in return. My main virtues are honesty, integrity and compassion. I like to believe in all things spiritual and deeply meaningful, I will be personally offended if the only thing you can talk about is the cutie at gym. In saying that I am not full on by any means and 'just chillen' is used way too often in my vocabulary. I like to stay healthy and be my best self while encouraging others to do the same, I am one of the best listeners in the world too, I literally love listening and will know when you just need a vent and actually want advice. Though I'm very much 50/50 when it comes to enjoying my own space and hanging with roomies. If you can picture this going down well then please don't hesitate to reach out to me.
I'm a 30 year old Australian male. I don't smoke or drink and am very clean and tidy. Very friendly but also fairly quiet. Looking for a quiet place without any smokers. 420 unfriendly! I'm interested to live anywhere on the Gold Coast or Brisbane.
Hey there, I'm an easy to get along with fella, quiet, clean and tidy. Around home I tend to usually be couped up somewhere doing my homework (I'm an insufferably slow reader!), enjoy a laugh with housemates, also enjoy time to myself. Looking for a good balance between the two. When not around the house, I am at uni Monday - Wednesday, train with my bro 3-5 times a week, and often out fishing. I've also booked in to do my PADI diving course. So anyone with similar interests will be a bonus! I prefer a room with my own bathroom where possible. I also have my own bedroom furniture, so the room will need to be unfurnished or have storage space for it, having said that, I don't have much stuff. The bulk of it is bedding stuff. In housemate's I am looking for reliability and honesty in those I share with, guests are OK to stay, but it would be nice to consult everyone before hand and not all the time. I've had some emails from great potential places, however I need off-street parking please. The suburbs I've put in are a rough area in which I'd prefer to live. If you have a property in areas near, I'm interested in having a chat also. This sounds a little terse, oops. I find it's easier to be concise in the ad.
Hey! I'm looking for a room to rent on the Gold Coast from the end of August onwards. I have been living and travelling Europe for the past year and finally making my way back to Australia. I am from Lennox Head originally but looking to move to the GC for something different. I am an early childhood educator in other words day care teacher. I am clean, tidy and easy person to get along with. I enjoy hanging with friends, going to the beach, road trips/weekends away, travelling, sports all the usual things that people say really. I am looking for somewhere that isn't just a room that i am renting but also a place to call home. Respectful of each others space but also up for a chat, dinner or a glass of wine. If I sound like someone you want to live with feel free to send me a message I look forward to hearing from you_I am still currently abroad so if I message at random times or don't reply its just cause I am travelling but I will get back to you as soon as I have a free moment :)
We are a easy going, tidy and respectful pair. Both work full-time, play sports and can get down for a bevy on any given day. We are both fun loving, like to socialise and are always out doing things. We’re both flexible with furniture and willing to pay rent up to $200 each or a little more depending on the place and can move in ASAP. Let us know if you’re keen :) - Lisa and Erry
Ok, I have found a housemate to share a lease with but in the interim I need somewhere temporary to stay, no more than 2 or 3 weeks? I don't mind where. Motels every night are just way too expensive.... Hit me up and let me know what you have. No more than 150 pw thanks. PLEASE READ MY POST BEFORE REPLYING. I HAVE HAD REPLIES FROM OTHERS WITH ALTERNATE AGENDAS AND I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH THAT THEY ARE NOT OF INTEREST TO ME. I WILL KNOW IF MY POST HASN'T BEEN READ. So as not to complicate things, I just want to share a lease with one other similarly interested person. I'm young at heart, so no one should be too put off with sharing with an 'oldie' such as myself, but mature-aged would suit better. And someone looking for something permanent, as opposed to a short time-frame..... I have decided that I will broaden my chances and find somewhere as far as Beenleigh. Any takers? :D I am sociable but at the same time I value my privacy very much, and my quiet time. I love animals and have a fat old fluffy cat. I'm ONLY interested in sharing with ONE other and I need a place with a lock up garage, according to my car's comprehensive insurance conditions. I love markets and garage sales, I really enjoy attending auctions too. I love a quiet read too and travel. I enjoy a laugh and do enjoy making others laugh. I pick up occasional work as a bond cleaner or teacher aide for now, as I am in a temporary lease share situation that isn't my ideal, so I want to get settled before I can start full time work, and not upset the rhythm of life any more than I already have for myself...and new workplace.
Hi! My name is Elyssa Cutajar I’m a 17 year old full time high school student in grade 12. After school I have high hopes of starting university after completing year 12 to study psychology. I'm an easy going and respectful guy. I have roomed all over Australia since i was 20 from Adelaide, Alice Springs, Sydney and the Central Coast. So i know how to live with others and be respectful of personal space and maintain a clean tidy house. I'm an active guy who enjoys going for a surf or training in my spare time. I love meeting new people but i'm not that annoying guy who will be up in your face 24/7. My personality is really laid back and chill, not too many things bother me. I'm in my final year of study(online) , working on part-time and a casual basis.
I'm a fun outgoing girl, i enjoy having a chat but i respect privacy and quiet time...... The lady i live with i have known my whole life but its starting to feel as though she is relying on me to look after her kids and its becoming a burden on me..... Im looking for work at the moment regularly but i have a fortnightly income. I am reliable, trustworthy and just looking for a place to call home.
