Hey, I’m Nathan – most people call me Nath or Lynchy.

I’m relocating from Brisbane back to the Gold Coast and looking for the right place to call home. I’m very open to all areas of the Gold Coast for the right setup. Ideally, I’m after something long-term with relaxed, respectful housemates who appreciate a calm, easygoing living environment.

I work full-time in the social media space, mostly remotely, so I am home during the day quite a bit. That said, I’m very mindful of shared spaces – clean, considerate, and respectful of others’ routines and privacy. I’ve lived in share houses over the years and understand what it takes to keep things running smoothly: paying rent on time, cleaning up after myself, and being an easy, reliable housemate.

I also come with my 5-month-old Cavoodle, Camille, who’s my best mate. He’s fully house-trained, has an adorable, friendly nature, and is very much a people dog. Camille is happy being inside or outside, and I make sure he’s well exercised – I take him on at least three long walks a day, so he’s active, settled, and relaxed at home. He’s well looked after and a real little character that people tend to fall in love with pretty quickly.

I’m social when the energy’s right but equally happy doing my own thing. I’m into music, sport, and a bit of creative work on the side. I enjoy a good chat but also really value downtime and keeping the home a peaceful, comfortable space.
