Hey, I’m Nathan – most people call me Nath or Lynchy.
I’m relocating from Brisbane back to the Gold Coast and looking for the right place to call home. Ideally, I’m after something long-term with relaxed, respectful housemates who appreciate a calm and easygoing living environment.

I work full-time in the social media space, mostly remotely, so I’m home during the day quite a bit. That said, I’m mindful of shared spaces, clean, and always respectful of others’ routines and privacy. I’ve lived in a few share houses over the years and know what it takes to keep a place running smoothly — paying rent on time, cleaning up after myself, and being a considerate housemate.

I’m social when the energy’s right but equally happy doing my own thing. I’m into music, sport, and a bit of creative work on the side. I enjoy a chat but also value downtime and keeping the home a peaceful space.
