Hello, my name is Ines, I am from Spain and I'm in Adelaide for 1 year and a half to improve my English ( I'm studiying English and I currently have an intermediate level). I work part-time too. I am looking to share an apartment starting in February 2026.
I am looking for a furnished apartment with the following requirements (all of them):

- Private bathroom (one for my own use, not shared).
- I would like to share the apartment with one calm person (or two, no more) who likes to keep the house clean, tidy, and organized, who doesn't throw parties at home and prefers to socialize outside.
- Location: CBD or very close suburbs near the city (Bowden, Prospect, Unley...)
- 350-450€/week, bills included (no more).

I consider myself a clean, pleasant, kind, polite, respectful person towards others and their spaces, generous, committed to the things I do and to people, attentive, calm, and easy going. In my free time, I love going for a run or taking a bike ride. I like to share moments with people, but I also know how to enjoy my own space and let others have their moments and enjoy them as well.
