Hello! My name is Archi, and I am currently completing my PhD at JCU. I have been staying on campus but my contract will expire soon so I am looking at other options. My budget is around $250 per week, but I am flexible for the right place. I am looking to move in the last week of October.

I am after a room with a bed, wardrobe, decent storage space, and air conditioning. I would also prefer to live in a place where bus stops are easily accessible for me to get to university (or is walking distance to JCU) as I do not have a car. I am tidy and responsible, so I will keep my areas clean, help with flat chores, and pay rent and bills on time. I am not a party person at all, but am down to socialise with flatmates. I do not smoke or vape etc.

I love animals (my PhD is in bird ecology) and while I have no pets of my own, I am comfortable being around a flat pet and will help take care of one. My hobbies are exploring the outdoors and local wildlife, and I also have a keen interest in music, make-up and fashion. I am a sucker for comedy, rom-com, or reality TV and love to binge a good show.
