Hi there, I'm a freelance 3D artist who works from home. Because of this Im strictly looking for a place with decent internet connection provided or available.

I'm not really a party person but I do enjoy having a few drinks on the weekends.
I'm a gamer and love all things online and PC related.

Due to my work I will be at home most of the time, I don't really go out much in general and prefer to keep to myself. I can be both introverted and extroverted.

I'm not very loud, at the most maybe you'd hear me speaking to friends or co-workers online.

My personality is decently outgoing, once I'm comfortable I love people with a sense of humour and love to banter. I may be socially awkward at first though.

I'm looking to rent a room with like-minded people or people who don't mind my lifestyle. I know a lot of people don't want to live with someone who is always home.

But also I guess a perk could be if you have pets or younger children I'll be around and able to help look after them.

I'm also currently a little overweight and I am looking for a judgemental free place as I am currently on a weight loss journey.

I would like to stay under $250 p/w - $200 would be ideal.
