Hello, I'm Tai, a 34-year-old man from New Zealand, and I'm wondering if a room is available for rent. I'm a chill, quiet guy, respectful of others, and all about good vibes and positivity. I clean up when needed, so the room and house will stay clean. I'm also willing to do a bit of outside work. I don't smoke cigarettes or drink. I enjoy watching movies and sports, especially the NRL, and playing video games every now and then. I keep to myself but do like to have conversations. I have a medical condition called Acromegaly, so I am unable to do employment work, but I am on a pension and get paid weekly, so rent will be paid automatically. The house I am staying in at the moment was up for sale and has now been sold, and we have been given a week to move out. So any room would be appreciated. I have bond ready to go.
