Hello, I'm Tai, a 34-year-old man from New Zealand, and I am currently seeking a room for rent. I'm a chill guy—quiet, respectful of others, and all about good vibes and positivity. I clean up when needed, so the room and house will stay clean. I'm also willing to do a bit of outside work. I don't smoke cigarettes or drink. I enjoy watching movies and sports, especially the NRL, and playing video games every now and then. I keep to myself but do like to have conversations. I have a non-cancerous brain tumor and am unemployed due to this medical condition. I am unable to work, but I am on a pension and get paid weekly, so rent will be paid automatically.
