My name is Nikki & I am a reliable and responsible tenant who has just relocated from Sydney to work & study in Community Services. My passion is to help others and my long term goal is to work with the indigenous community here in the NT.

I love to be out in nature and my favourite local spots are Lameroo & Mindil beach. I love the gym & yoga and work out daily. I get up for sunrise every morning and go to bed pretty early as I work out a lot but I do also enjoy nights out in the city occasionally & my favourite bar is Monsoons ✨

I’m a very clean person and also actually love to clean & need my surroundings to always be organised & tidy. 🫧

I also value my safe space & always respect others space and can ensure you that I will treat any property to a high standard. I have a rental history of 4 years in Sydney & can provide my tenant history to prove that I am reliable. I am also flexible with my stay length.

Ever since I first visited Darwin back in 2024 I fell in love and my goal has been to permanently live here and work with the community.
My brother is a pilot and used to work in Darwin & on Groote island which is why I came to visit in the first place. I’m born & raised in Sydney, worked there my whole life and was sick of living in a concrete jungle. 🌴
