Hey, I'm Jake. I recently moved here from NZ and need a place to stay while I'm in university. I'm looking for a friendly and accepting place to live. I am fairly laid back individual who will clean up after themselves and doesn't drink/party a huge amount. I am quite happy to live with pets (as long as they are clean/cleaned up after).
