Hi. My name is John and I am interested in a place not too far from the CBD or airport. I am 45yrs of age and I work as a fifo rigger who usually works with cranes on a shut down maintenance schedule (which is dynamic). My interests outside of work include riding (my bicycle), exercising, and reading novels, as well as learning about investing, and myself (self-help books and such). I currently reside in South Perth, with its great bike paths around the Swan and fantastic views.
However, I am now interested in changing the scenery, and relocating. I am looking for accommodation to rest and recuperate and to save a little here and there to put towards a place of my own.
I am often reserved during my time off (as I need time to recharge), however, I don't mind the occasional night out. I consider myself to be polite, neat, and respectful of, and toward others.

I am both a Rooster and an Aquarius which reflects my half Asian and half Caucasian heritage, as well as my eccentricity 😁🙃🙂. I am looking for quiet accommodation for a minimum of 6 months or longer. I am interested in moving in after I return from work around mid to late April.
