Hi, I’m Winnie, 30, and currently looking for a room to rent or sublet.

I've been travelling around Australia on and off and am looking for somewhere to stay for a couple of months, with the possibility of extending if it's the right fit.

Ideally, I'd love to live near Mudjimba or the surrounding beachside areas.

I work a couple of days a week in support work and am currently studying how to run a small business. Outside of that, I enjoy a calm and balanced lifestyle. I've had a recent skating accident so working on building up my knee strength again. Bike riding is amazing for it!

I'm easygoing, respectful, and appreciate a peaceful, clean, and cozy home environment. I'm a light sleeper, so a quiet room away from busy roads or household noise would be ideal.

I travel fairly light and don't own any furniture, which makes moving around simple and flexible.

I enjoy friendly, relaxed housemate relationships where people are happy to have a chat now and then while also respecting each other's space and downtime when needed.
