My name is Seung from Korea. I recently moved to Brisbane from Melbourne after expanding my second year on a working holiday visa, and I am now looking for a place to stay long-term until my visa expires in September 2026. I arrived in Melbourne today and will soon begin working as a chef.

With nearly 10 years of experience in the industry, I am very clean and organized, maintaining high standards due to the nature of my career.

I am respectful and responsible, and have lived in various countries and cities with diverse cultures, so I understand the importance of being considerate and following house rules. I do not partake in partying or drinking.

My budget for the rent is between $250-$350 per week, but I am open to negotiation depending on the situation and condition.
