Hi there, I'm a mature fun 50yr young NZ born lady.. been in Aussie over 35yrs
I enjoy a balanced simple relaxed life of work and R&R.
Always clean up and appreciate a clean kitchen to cook in.
I also prefer a home that is very clean and sanitary and hygienic tenants..
I am currently looking for work and have a great cv to be able to choose something close to where I end up residing.
I'm pretty understanding honest easy to get along with.
When it comes to my own home, clean and tidy is key. I expect the same of others
I do like animals however
I REALLY DON'T like animal hair in the house and on everything. Nice to sit without being covered in fur. Ick!

I do not smoke cigarettes, drink alcohol, or take illegal drugs.
And prefer a home that is smoke and drug free myself as i can't breathe the smoke of tobacco.
In saying that I take CBD oil & smoke very small amounts of flower with a prescription for a chemist
Outside only! Very discreetly.
