We are specifically looking for a self-contained space (no housemates/shared living) such as a studio, granny flat, or an entire apartment.

• Parking: At least 1 parking space required.
• Location: Within a 30-minute bus/train ride to the CBD.
• Budget (Furnished): Up to $600 per week.
• Budget (Unfurnished): Up to $450 per week.
