Nerdy, creative, tidy and peaceful (except for music and dancing while cooking- but I have headphones!)- I’m seeking a whole property or some other kind, socially aware, chill people to make a small community with. I need a garden, preferably my own bathroom and I already have a household of furniture. For fun, I paint, read, hang out with friends and enjoy hiking. I work part time from home and travel away at least once a month.
