Hey, I’m Jordan, 21, and I work full time as a carpenter on the Gold Coast.

I’m looking for a place over the next few weeks as my current lease is coming to an end. I’m hoping to find a clean, easygoing house where everyone gets along and respects each other’s space.

I’m usually out of the house most of the day. I’m up early for work, home in the afternoon, then I’m often back out at the gym or running errands. I’m clean, tidy, always clean up after myself, and I’m respectful of shared spaces. I’m easy to get along with, enjoy a chat and a laugh, but I’m also happy keeping to myself and giving everyone their own space.

I also have a German Shepherd/Husky named Sleet. He’s a friendly, well-trained dog who’s been an inside dog for most of his life, but he’s completely happy spending the day outside. He’s not destructive, doesn’t make a mess, and is great with people.

I’m looking for a place where I can settle in for a while, and I’m always happy to meet up first so everyone can see if we’re a good fit.
