Hi there,
I’m a 25-year-old woman from South Korea, currently working as a nurse at a public hospital in Adelaide. I’ve been living in a share house for the past five months, during which I’ve always paid rent on time and maintained a good relationship with both the landlord and the real estate agent. I’ve been responsive with communication and have attended routine inspections without any issues.
I’m tidy, respectful, and take good care of both shared spaces and my own room, keeping everything clean and well maintained. I’ve also gotten along well with five other tenants in the house.
As I work rotating shifts, I’m now looking for a quieter living environment where I can rest properly after work. I’m ideally seeking a private room with an ensuite bathroom, and I’m currently looking to move to a place closer to Adelaide city.
I don’t smoke or drink. I’m a big pet lover, although I don’t have a pet of my own. I’m planning to find my own rental in a few months, but if the place is a good fit, I’d be happy to stay longer.
