Looking for Unfurnished: Studio, Granny Flat, or Ensuite Room (Ready ASAP)
​Hi there!
​I’m looking to secure a place as soon as possible in Brisbane's Western Suburbs or the Ipswich region. I am currently relocating and setting up here, and I will be balancing part-time online study with looking for a job immediately upon arrival. Because my study is part-time, I have excellent, flexible availability for work.
​I am specifically looking for an unfurnished space that gives me a bit of independence and room to set up a proper desk/workspace for my studies.
What I'm Searching For:
​Preferred Areas: Brisbane Western Suburbs, Ipswich, and surrounding regions (e.g., Ripley, Brassall, Springfield, Indorooopilly lines).
​Property Type: A standalone studio, granny flat, or a large master bedroom with a private ensuite.
​Furnishing: Unfurnished preferred (I have my own bedroom/desk setup).
​Length of stay: Preferred 6+ months, but flexible.
​What I’m Like as a Tenant / Flatmate:
​Reliable & Responsible: Rent and bills are always paid on time. I have my moving budget ready to go so I can secure the right place and pay the deposit instantly.
​Clean & Tidy: I genuinely enjoy keeping a clean, organized living and working environment.
​Quiet & Respectful: I completely respect personal boundaries and quiet hours, but I'm always up for a friendly chat in passing.
