Hi, I am looking for a roommate to share a place preferably close to the Toowoomba Base Hospital. Employed with a few night shifts a year. My rent budget is flexible. I am easy to get along with, approachable, clean, quite and respectful. I am looking for someone similar. I usually return to Brisbane on weekends if nothing happens in Tba. I would be happy to meet and greet beforehand before we look for a place together.
Hey! I am a newly minted Doctor moving to Toowoomba to work full time in the hospital. I have a contract for 1 year (with likely renewal) and am looking for 3-month or 6-month contract with a possibility of extending to 1-year 😊 In my spare time (if it exists) I enjoy playing social sports (futsal/literally anything), running, gym, rock climbing and hiking. My idea of a good time is reading, watching TV or going to a cafe with friends/playing board games. I will also be heading back to Brisbane often as my family and friends are there. I consider myself an easy-going and respectful person who is happy to talk but also values privacy. I am also tidy, easy to live with (lived with 26 other people for a year in Warwick - we all survived) and single (because apparently nobody likes couples). My dream flatmates are friendly, relaxed and okay with barely seeing me (depending on my work schedule)…oh and 9/10 pm bedtimes haha. Lastly, my ideal place would have a cat or dog (though it isn't a deal-breaker)! I would like to move in around the 12th of January 2020 (I am in America from the 14th of December to 10th of January). I will be in Toowoomba for a minimum of 1 year as I have a full-time contract with the hospital until 20th January 2021 (with likely renewal). I am more than happy to agree to a 3-month or 6-months contract to make sure that I fit in well 😊
Moving to Toowoomba from central NSW with my current company, working full-time in agriculture. Looking for a room while I adjust to the area and hopefully will enjoy it enough to stay. Enjoy a chat and don't mind a beer. Going to play some sports and meet people and will likely be out of town on the weekends.
I enjoy cooking and making art, I also love animals and have worked as a crew member at RSPCA in the past. I am currently not employed as I am on a medical exemption but I have a centrelink income which is enough to support myself with. I am reliable with rent and bills, and although I am young, have experience living in shared accommodation. I am clean, I keep to myself and I have no problem following house rules and/or chores. I am looking for a fairly quiet area with friendly but independent housemates. I look forward to meeting you!
Hi! I’m Maddie Ive been living in Toowoomba for a couple of months and I work full time as a lawyer. I’m looking for other young professional people to start a share house with - social, easygoing and tidy would be great. I play a bit of sport and like going to the gym in my spare time, I’m also often away on the weekends. My current lease is up in early January so I’d be looking to have something lined for around that time. Let me know if you’re interested 😊
I love meeting new people. I'm quiet, fun, don't mind sharing household chores and cleaning and cooking. I have two cats, Bella and Joe, both vaccinated, deserved, microchopped and litter trained. They are very placid cats shy at first but friendly once settled. I am studying Communications at the University of Southern Queensland.
I am very independent and quiet but still enjoy good conversation as much as the next person. A bit about me, is that i'm a bit of a nerd with a passion for music and can be found playing guitar or burring my head inside of a book. I am currently studying Business and am looking for a place to focus on my studies and employment opportunities.
I am a researcher who is somewhat quiet person, loves music and cooks beautiful Sri Lankan dishes and love making cakes. Also a non-smoker do not have pets but i love pets and environment. I like to live in a neat and clean place and certainly require my own toilet and bathroom and will look after your property with care like my own home. I am comfortable to share the place with another female. My budget is $ 165 mark. I will be staying only weekdays and go home weekends. I have a car. I prefer a property that i have to drive <20 min to USQ.
