Max, Lottie and Ollie

Hi there,

We’re Max, Lottie and Ollie, a couple and a friend, from England currently living in Brisbane on a Working Holiday Visa, and we’re looking for a comfortable, clean place to rent for approximately 4+months while we work and explore life in Australia.

We have both worked in a kitchen for over 4 years, so we can cook up a great meal!

We are currently renting here in Brisbane and have lived here for the past 6 months (Ollie 2 years). We’re currently all working full time and have sufficient funds to cover rent and living expenses. We’re more than happy to provide bank statements and character references to support our application.

We’re quiet, respectful, and tidy tenants who take pride in keeping our home clean and well looked after. We don’t smoke, we don’t have pets, and we live a low-key lifestyle — mostly enjoying time outdoors, cooking at home, and relaxing. We also understand the importance of being responsible renters and considerate neighbours.

We’re open to a variety of property types — apartments, studios, granny flats — and are flexible with move-in dates. We’re hoping to find a safe, welcoming space to settle into as we build the next chapter of our adventure here in Brisbane/Gold Coast/Sunshine Coast.
