Situation; The owners Daughter, husband and family are moving back in from Melbourne and we have till the 14/06/2027 to move which is fine. So i am looking for a room to rent within that time.

About me; 37 y/o kiwi working full time in Forest Glen Mon-Fri 8am-4pm, looking within Sippy downs, Buderim and surrounding areas. Willing to pay up to 300 for the right fit, ( prefer furnished but not a deal breaker ) I'm looking for housemates who clean up after themselves, considerate of others, are chill, funny and down to earth. I'm chill, clean, respectful, drink now and then but not often, don't party, non smoker, and i just mind my own business ( less drama the better ) Happy to forward the numbers to you from current and previous owners as a reference.
